Ihre Anmeldung zur German Comic Con war noch nie so einfach. Wir hoffen, Ihnen gefällt unsere neue Online-Registrierung. Sollten Sie Fragen haben oder etwa Werbeflächen oder zusätzliche Standausstattungen (Teppich, Möbel, etc.) buchen wollen, die nicht in diesem Shop aufgelistet sind, stehen wir Ihnen selbstverständlich auch weiterhin telefonisch oder per eMail zur Seite: exhibitors@germancomiccon.com und 0163 282 4421.

PREISE:

Bis zum 5. Februar hatten wir noch sog. Early Bird Tarife (15% günstiger als die regulären Preise). Diese waren temporär begrenzt. Ab 3 Monate vor Event, gelten die regulären Quadratmeterpreise von 45 Euro für einen Reihenstand, 56 für einen Eckstand, 68 Euro für einen Kopfstand und 75 Euro für einen Inselstand. Diese bleiben bis 3 Wochen vor Event, bis zum 13. April 2018, unverändert.

Achtung: Preise für einen Stand in der Artist Alley werden grundsätzlich nicht rabattiert und bleiben stets unverändert.

Ab 14. April 2018 schließen wir den online Shop und ist eine Anmeldung zur German Comic Con in Frankfurt nicht mehr möglich.

RABATTE:

Wenn Sie mehrere unserer Cons an 1 Tag buchen, erhalten Sie einen Rabatt von 5% pro Con, d.h. 10% bei der Buchung von 2 Cons, 15% bei 3, 20% bei 4 usw. Hier sind die direkten Links zu den Buchungen der anderen German Comic Cons sowie zum www.weekend-of-hell.com:

Die Rückerstattungen erfolgen, sobald Sie uns per email über die Mehrfachbuchungen informiert haben. Sie gelten nur auf die Flächenpreise, nicht etwa auf Mobiliar.

ABLAUF:

Am Anschluss an Ihre Buchung erhalten Sie automatisch Ihre Rechnung und Sie erhalten auch weiterhin 2-3 Wochen vor Event Ihren Ausstellerleitfaden (mit Aufbauzeiten, Parkmöglichkeiten, Anlieferungen etc.) sowie 1 Woche vor Event den Hallenplan.

AUSSTELLERTICKETS INKLUSIVE:

Bei einem Reihen- sowie bei einem Eckstand ist pro 2m 1 Ausstellerticket inkludiert.

Bei einem Kopf- sowie bei einem Inselstand sind stets 5 Ausstellertickets inkludiert.

PRICES

Please note, that the early bird rates (15% lower than the regular fee) ended on February 5th, so regular prices apply now and will remain the same until April 13th 2018: Each square meter costs 45 Euro for a terrace booth, 56 Euro for a corner booth, 68 Euros for a 2-corner booth and 75 Euro for an island booth.

Prices for booths in the ARTIST ALLEY are excluded from the above mentioned discounts and remain the same throughout the entire time.

Booth sales will end on April 14th 2018.

DISCOUNTS

If you choose to book more than one of our events on 1 day, you will get 5% more discount on the space costs with each event, thus 10% for booking 2, 15% for booking 3, 20% for booking 4 events, etc.

Just send us an email once the booking is completed so we can make the refund right away.

PROCEDURE

Once you've completed your registration, you will automatically receive your invoice (international customers with a VAT ID will automatically find that their taxes will be deducted on the bill).

As always, you will receive your exhibitors' guide (on set-up, parking, deliveries, etc.) 2-3 weeks before the event and the floor plan 1 week before the event.

EXHIBITOR TICKETS

With every 2 meters of a terrace or corner booth, there is 1 ticket included.

With every two-corner or island booth, there are 5 tickets included.

If you need more, please buy them in this shop.
